Can you remove old stains?+

Most food, pet and coffee stains lift completely. Ink, dye or old bleach damage may only lighten — we'll assess upfront.

Is it safe for my toddler and dog?+

Yes. Formulas are non-toxic and low-VOC. Kids and pets can walk on the carpet once dry (3–5 hours).

Do you clean silk or antique rugs?+

Yes, but with a specialist hand-wash process. Please share photos so we can quote correctly.
